Our History :-
Our Great Grandfather, Late Sardarmal Bagaria started as a tea trader of British tea planters during the early 1900. In the year 1947 he acquired the first plantation Beheating Tea Estate from Dr. D O'Brien and Company Limited.
The next acquisition was Mothola Tea Estate in the year 1957 from Mothola Company Limited. Unfortunately, during the following decade, the mighty river Brahmaputra gradually eroded and engulfed Mothola Tea Estate. But the combined efforts of the workers and management saw the restoration of 1000 acres of plantation as replacement of the lost area of the tea estate and rehabilitation of thousands of families .
In the year 1970 along side production of tea, we entered into tea brokering business in the name and style 'Indian Tea Brokers'. It was one of the few tea brokering houses in the country then.
With in-depth knowledge and our expertise, we started export of tea and have been growing exponentially year after year.
